MARKETING | NETWORK Coordination of the network National convention
A national convention will be organized every year. This event, which will also serve as a party for the network, will be an enjoyable and cheerful occasion and it will allow all members of the network to get acquainted and to discuss numerous subjects with the leaders and managers of the network.
Regional meetings
Regional meetings will take place 1 - 2 times a year. France will be divided into 4 zones which will welcome each regional member of the network and each of the leaders. Your presence at these regional meetings will be essential.
Visit from a network leader
Contingent on your needs, which we shall define collectively, a leader of the network will visit you at least three times a year. According to his/her specialization, he/she can intervene and give you advice at an operational level, on cooking, recruitment, animation, administrative, management, IT or even on the marketing plan.
New products and ideas
New products and ideas will permanently be studied by our Research and development service. Before any application to the network, these new products and services will be tested and validated by one or several volunteer ARTAPAS' ® restaurants and pilot restaurants.
