Investment refers to the nature and amount of the outlay and specific investment which you will need to put into our brand ARTAPAS ® prior to operating.
ARTAPAS can fit into either an empty premises or by acquisition and transformation of a pre-existing restaurant or brasserie (one with or without a drinks license). A drinks license, however, is advisable. A tapas bar restaurant with seating for between 75 and 120 people (not including a terrace) should be between 120 and 300 m².in total. The base is dependent on the premises and the shell of the building but it does not take into account the right to lease or the possible acquisition of the business.

. Initial Stock: ?5,000
TThe total investment is dependent on the size of the premises, the number of seats, the age of the premises, the shell of the building, but not on the right to lease or the acquisition of the building. It is between ?260,000 and ?420,000.
The average is ?360,000 for an Artapas restaurant of 200 m2 in size with 100 seats and with ?1,600 of works per m2.
