During one particular evening, François Gomez (the creator and CEO of Artapas) and his friends were enjoying searching for an expression to describe a restaurant which combined conviviality, a casual attitude and the ability to share, each inspired by the gastronomy of the restaurant.
From there was born "The art of Tapas" ("Artapas"), the tasting menu of the XXIth century which is an excellent middle ground between an appetizer and a main meal. It is an interesting formula that allows us to enjoy a tantalizingly large variety of small dishes, thereby satisfying our gluttony and culinary curiosity. It is always necessary to vary our pleasures, and that is what tapas are for, and it is for this reason that when we ask: "one of..." it will inevitably be followed by "another one of...". Regardless of whether you opt for counter-service or the comfort of a table, it is an accessible gastronomic formula, which allows you to choose a multitude of appetizer sized dishes of traditional and delicious cuisine without the constraint of a full fixed menu. Every appetite, every taste and every budget is respected.
