Financial Manager
Organizes and ensures all financial, accounting, administrative and treasury functions of the franchise (balance sheets, income statements, performance indicators). Prepares projected accounts for future franchisees. Oversees the general and analytical accounting (always before deadlines). Ensures the budgetary control, the management control and the treasury.
Marketing Manager
Operates the market and product strategy and the competitive environment strategy. Coordinates existing and new products (product, market, price, communication, distribution). Defines the strategic axes of the development of products. Develops marketing tools that accompany sales and analyses and checks the impact of marketing operations.
Head chef
Ensures adherence to gastronomic specifications. Ensures the correct management of the pilot restaurant and undertakes the purchase of foodstuffs and other products from our suppliers. Controls supply and stock control of the franchisees and supervises, organizes and coordinates the work of production and distribution with our franchisees. Carries out the training of our franchisees and ensures the successful adaption of all staff to the workplace.
